Pallet Nailing Machines

In the pallet industry, there is a wide range of different nailing machines available on the market. Based on the needs of the Slovenian, Croatian, and Bosnian (SLO–HR–BIH) markets, we have adapted our machines to meet the key requirements:

• Pallet assembly by one operator per shift, approx. 300–350 pallets per shift
• Fast changeover from one pallet type to another (approx. 20 minutes)
• Relatively low investment in the machine itself
• Strong support provided by our company
• Very rigid machines, ensuring long service life
• Upgradeability of machines already in operation (with a clamping system, different nailing gun, laser, unloading robot, or manipulator, etc.)

New Features 2026

1. CNC-controlled spacing of nailing guns

When a pallet type (nailing program) is selected and the appropriate jig is loaded, the machine automatically adjusts the spacing of the outer and inner nailing guns to the correct positions without human intervention. In the basic version, suitable for pallets with widths from 800 to 1200 mm.

2. Additional touchscreen controller

We have integrated an additional controller that relieves the main controller by taking over the following functions:

• Nail counting
• Control of lifting tables
• Diagnostic functions
• Service module

By offloading these tasks, the nailing machine has become 15% faster, and programming—already very simple—has been further simplified.

Additional Options

Our nailing machines are built to order. In addition to standard versions, we can manufacture custom-designed machines tailored to specific requirements.

Jig Manufacturing

We also manufacture jigs according to customer requirements. Most commonly, we use automatic clamping with detection to ensure that the jig is correctly and securely clamped.
