Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the company CNC stroji d.o.o. define the rules, conditions, and mutual obligations regarding the sale and delivery of machines, equipment, and services, as well as all other business relationships between the company and its customers.

By submitting an order, confirming a quote, or paying a proforma invoice, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these terms and agree to them in their entirety. These General Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over any terms and conditions of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
