* All complaints must be submitted exclusively in writing to email: info@hypercut.si, Subject: COMPLAINT

Incorrectly submitted complaints (not following these instructions) will not be processed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If all financial obligations to our company have not been settled, we will contact you; however, regardless of warranty status, machine operability, or fault type, no service intervention will be carried out, in accordance with the business terms of CNC stroji d.o.o., which were accepted upon receipt of the pro forma invoice, invoice, and safety instructions.
