HyperCUT Stone Engraver 2615 AMO

We have been present in the stone processing industry for more than 6 years. During this time, we have developed reliable and robust milling machines that are specifically adapted to the demands of stone machining.

In the design process, we place strong emphasis on structural rigidity and the use of proven, high-quality components. The heart of the HyperCUT 2615 machine is an 8 kW HSD spindle, featuring through-spindle cooling, which ensures long service life and high machining accuracy.

The HyperCUT 2615 machine is designed for ease of use and is equipped with a 10-tool magazine enabling automatic tool changing (SK40 tool clamping system). This significantly reduces downtime and increases overall productivity.

Additionally, the machine is equipped with a surface probing system, which is essential for letter engraving. Since stone slab surfaces are not perfectly flat, the system first precisely measures the entire surface and then automatically adjusts the height (or milling depth). The result is consistently uniform engraved letters, regardless of surface irregularities.
