HyperCUT YACHT 3060
HyperCUT YACHT 3060 is a large gantry-type CNC machining system specifically developed for the boatbuilding, mold-making, and composite structures industries. It is part of the HyperCUT YACHT program and is designed for 3D machining of large workpieces made from polyurethane (PU), EPS foam, epoxy cores, and composite laminates.
Purpose
The YACHT 3060 machine is designed for:
- Manufacturing models, molds, and prototypes of boat hulls, yachts, aircraft, or automotive components
- Machining large blocks of lightweight materials
- Precise CNC milling of composite sandwich structures and tooling boards (e.g. RAMPF, Necuron, SikaBlock, etc.)
Construction
- Bridge-type gantry with dual X-axis servo drives (gantry synchronization system)
- Robust welded steel construction with vibration damping
- Working area of 3000 × 6000 mm, equipped with a vacuum zone system
- Z-axis travel up to 1200 mm for deep machining operations (e.g. boat hulls or molds)
