The HyperCUT Wire EDM is a CNC machine designed for high-precision cutting of electrically conductive materials (steel, aluminum, copper, carbides, titanium, etc.) using electrical discharges between a wire electrode and the workpiece. The process takes place in a dielectric fluid, where thousands of micro-discharges gradually remove material without any mechanical contact.

This is a toolroom-grade precision machine, intended for the production of molds, cutting tools, gears, precision components, and profiles where tolerances below 0,005 mm are required.
